The size I have found to work is tabloid. You can click "Print" and then "Properties" then "Advanced" In there you should find a "Paper size" with drop down menu. Choose "tabloid". If it is not there I have been able to print out on the super size of 13 x 19 but you tend to loose the margins.

Going into Page Setup > Size , one would have thought it would be an option to select A3 sized paper, or 11" x 17" without having to do this manually. In Excel or Word, I can't even create a document that's 11x17" because the HP Officejet 7612 doesn't recognize/allow that paper size. This is extremely frustrating, since this printer's main feature is having the option to scan and print 11x17's.

These options are on the Under Page Setup, click the Options button. This will bring up the printer properties dialog box. Change your paper size to a custom size using this dialog box and click OK. Then in Excel run this: MsgBox PageSetup.PaperSize. This will give you the new constant value assigned to that paper size in Excel. I followed your suggestions to go to set up and i clicked on the continue icon to go to the setup box, and there I was able to select the 11x14 size paper, then i went back to print box to select defined by driver at the media size box.

I have Publisher 2003 and cannot figure out how to print on 11x17 paper. The document is 11x17. I set the paper size in Publisher and my printer driver (Epson 1280) to print 11x17. I triple verifed my both Publisher and printer driver settings. However, my output is a cropped to 8.5x11 on 11x17 paper.

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software. Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan. Hi all, I have an Access App running at a client that has a report that prints out on a specific paper size. It's paper size A5. Some work was done on their sites and that size is no longer an option. So all their configuration regarding the paper size is "letter". But when the users are in Europe they have only printers with A4. Since they are less then 10 users we decided to install their "Europe" drivers directly on the laptops and not distribute it over Active Directory. In either Word or Excel I can format the page to 11x17 and when I hit Print the paper is automatically set to 11x17 which basically equates to File>Print>Done. However when I format the slides in PowerPoint to 11x17 and hit Print it will initially print out a full page on 8 1/2x11, with a little missing off the edges.
