The new Science Center in Science Village will hold 3,500 m² of exhibition spaces, as well as a restaurant, gift shop and auditorium. Science Village Science Village Scandinavia AB owns the land between MAX IV and ESS in Brunnshög. The company, which is jointly owned by Lund University, Lund Municipality and Region Skåne, has as its main purpose to promote the research facilities. Science Village is a dynamic and creative location for the public and research to interact. Naturally, Science Village looks extremely positively on Lund University’s ambition to move closer geographically to both MAX IV and ESS – this is in line with our vision of a Science Village in which academia, the business community and the general public will work side by side.
