Manilla Road have been a force to be reckoned with for over three decades; one of the great titans of heavy metal, they're older than most of the currently active bands, having formed way back in 1977. In terms of consistency, they're second to none, with the only remote competition that comes to mind being Japan's Ningen-Isu.
